STRchive disease loci

FYI I've generated stranger catalog files for all disease-associated TR loci listed in STRchive. These will be updated automatically as new loci are added. You can find them here:
https://strchive.org/loci/#downloads

Note that these were generated for use with straglr and wf-human-variation pipeline because that's what we were using them for. We may be able to add alternate formats if that would be useful.

Let me know if you notice any issues with the format or coordinates.
