encryption incorrect #4

Hi
I installed wallet 2.2.2.1 on my levano desktop computer. I encrypted the wallet. and when i went to create a new Recieve address, it told me the passphrase was incorrect. ( it was the correct one )
I then closed the wallet and before i did I entered a new encryption pass phrase thinking, i had the wrong phrase possibly. I opened the wallet back up with my new passphrase and it opened. I then went to make a new recieving address and it told me that my phassphrase was incorrect. I am not sure what to do. and why this is happening. could you please help me
