Qt 5.10 incompat, OpenSSL 1.1 backend

Building past 5.9.x creates problems when compiling Cloakcoin, Qt switched to OpenSSL 1.1 backend; linking custom openssl lib didn't work (for me?). Use 5.9.x as the latest for builds.
