Clojure course - only one class level for students

In the Clojure course definition there is only one level of experience the students can choose - other programming experience.

Some of our students have no programming experience, so we should have a level for that

Perhaps also a level for those with functional programming experience.

Worked with BridgeTroll organisers to update the project and create 3 class levels for the Clojure course

1. new to programming
2. Some programming experience
3. other programming language

This is currently on staging and should be pushed to production by start of business on Monday.
