Unable to edit/remove default webcam

I am having issues changing the default webcam settings for my Snapmaker U1 printers (I have 2). The default camera URL in moonraker/fluidd is /webcam/webrtc, but Mobileraker defaults to /webcam/?action=stream. If I try to change this to anything else, when I save, it doesn't take effect. Sometimes an error appears, sometimes not. If I try to delete the default webcam, and add a new one, same thing happens.

I have changed the stream URL to /webcam/webrtc and the Cam Mode to WebRtcCamStreamer, the preview seems to work fine before saving. What's odder is that the webcam does occasionally work/display on the dashboard, and when I go back into the printer settings, the stream URL has reverted to the default.

Perhaps the latter is the issue? The printer is running custom firmware FYI.

So this has been randomly working most of the time, and I decided to set it up on my iPad. I added both printers without changing any settings, one webcam works and the other doesn't. I removed and re-added the printer, same issue. If I try to delete the default webcam, I get an error.

Another update, I removed and reinstalled the app, and the issue remains. One printer works, the other doesn't. It seems to be a caching issue or something because I managed to rename the camera on one of them, and after reinstalling and setting up again, it still had the name I changed it to, not "Default".
