Is EvalAI appropriate for implementing AI in other solutions

I have a system that deals with many relationships between objects of various types. I want to use AI to find and take actions to create relationship records between the objects.

EvalAI looks like a strong AI engine for learning about AI but does not look like it is appropriate for implementing a limited machine learning environment.

If EvalAI could be used or part of it used for what I need, I will continue to evaluate it as such, but if not is there a better path for me?
