Update community graphic assets collection with proper asset types

We need to update the graphic assets to include an SVG and other originals of the logo.

@krumware is this complete? i took a look and it seems like the new logo is in many of the places

There are still several places on the website where I need to update the graphics being used. The key thing being the use of "Platform Engineering Technical Community Group" or "Platform Engineering TCG". (so honestly it's low hanging fruit)
