[Content Club] Identify subject matter experts to encourage people to create content

Our members are a smart bunch, and no doubt have a broad range of skills that others could tap into if they'd like help in producing better quality content. I'd like to establish a directory of "subject matter experts" that are willing to answer questions and provide feedback for other members' content.

We need volunteers of all different types:

• People willing to review and provide constructive feedback for written work
• Folks able to help on the various aspects of video production (equipment, lighting, editing, post processing, etc)
• Those with marketing expertise, who can help creators boost the reach of their work
• etc, etc.
