Support Online Mode #13
Description
Implement Online mode for ProxyPass.
This would likely be done in the following way:

ProxyPass itself will authenticate and establish an online mode connection with the downstream server. This means it'll need authentication details.

It then establishes an offline mode to upstream as per normal
