Upgrade Mongo Version

Currently we are using really old mongo version 4.x, (latest is around 8.x). We need to upgrade to latest mongo asap.

ToDo

• Iterative upgrades from 4.x to 8.x
• Validate data and number of fields etc, for each collection

Not possible as of now, as the server on which we are running the backend is too old to support Mongo 5.0+ (as it requires some specific CPU capabilities)
