Cleanup the CCMS tree when buffers are missing #509
Description
The idea is to extend the healthCheck of CCMS buffers and automatically remove selectors based on their health. If there are no metrics for a given selector for 7 days, then remove the selectors and prune the tree. This automatically removes unhealthy buffers.
