The ClyCites frontend currently contains dummy/placeholder data that was used during development (e.g., sample products, test users, mock alerts). This data should be removed to prepare the platform for production deployment and ensure all displayed information is real or properly fetched from APIs.
✅ Tasks
- Audit all components/pages for hardcoded or mock data
- Remove all dummy/static entries from:
- Marketplace listings
- User profiles
- Notifications or alerts
- Charts/analytics placeholders
- Clear any seed or test data from localStorage, state files, or mock service files
- Ensure the UI fetches and displays only real, API-sourced data
- Run QA to confirm no broken sections post-removal
