Implement multispectral registration #11
Description
Our registration script supports multispectral (multiple fixed and moving) registrations. Our standard atlases also have both T1w and T2w versions available. Using both has the potential to improve registration quality.
This is also potentially helpful for slab-imaging situations, where only a piece of the brain is available in T2w images.
To implement this probably need:
- control of affine registration image pairs (affine spectra)
- control of non-linear registration image pairs (nonlinear spectra)
- control of the primary spectra (which image is used for
-rin the final outputs)
Slab solution will also need #9 as we will want to have the slab masked.
