Collection members not in alphabetical order

Hi River - I remember talking about this with you but forgot the outcome. Submitting on behalf of Stephen Morey. When viewing items in a collection, they are not in alphabetical order so it's difficult to quickly see if everything that should be there is there.

Should be a quick fix, just need to sort either in the UI
ui/src/components/collection/ViewCollection/ViewCollectionMembers.component.vue
or in the backend:
api/src/routes/collection.js
