sendfanhigh/medium/low and speed_count display

Hi! First of all, thanks for your great work! I recently switched to this 'new' version, which works nicely, but I have two small issues:

• Is it possible to have 2 speeds and an 'off' option in Home Assistant, or otherwise 3 speeds and no 'off' option? Whichever speed_count I choose, I can't get this.
• The speed selection isn't quite as reliable as the old fandsendhigh/fansendmedium/fansendlow. Is there still a way to send these commands directly?

The problem I had is that 'off' isn't an option on the fans (so it remains at low always). I'll recheck if there is an off in some way (just to be sure, you are able to turn it off?). There is IthoStandby = 34 but I never got that to work, I'll try and replace it (but sending it didn't "low" my system, hence opting for the low both as "speed 1" and "off".

As for the second part, you should be able to use the set_fan_speed instead of the send_other_command the same construct with the lambda, Unfortunately not able to test myself now.

Regarding standby if you are willing to test you'd have to modify your yaml and recompile from #17
The added ref points to the PR branch and refresh in 10s will ensure it always reads from Github :)

Also - change your mapped to zero to False, this should now send 'IthoStandby' instead of 'IthoLow'

Hi! I will try to do this in the upcoming weekend. I have now received the components I need to build a duplicate device, to also rule out bad soldering with the current one. I think my Itho fan only has Low and not Off (as it uses this remote (https://alphaventilatie.nl/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/itho-rft-zender.jpg)).

I think I have an older remote but same basic idea - and that is where the map off to low comes in (I'm also unable to turn it of ... well, with the remotes ... could always pull the plug)
