Feature request: Pinned items appear on all workspaces

I would like an option to automatically display the same set of pinned apps on all workspaces.

Right now, if I want to have the same set of pinned apps on every workspace, I have to set each app to "pinned" for each workspace. If I add a new workspace, I have to redo these steps for the new workspace.

Ideally, I would like to only pin each app once and let the other workspaces and new workspaces pick up pinned apps automatically.
