{FEAT} Requirement of a roadmap

A roadmap/plan needs to be implemented if there is backend dev. We need a really specific DB Model Hierarchy and other architectural implementations. It would be extremely useful if this is kept in mind.(Implementing MVT Architecture is not the problem here but we need a consensus on how they are defined.)
