Doesn't work on images on a different drive (letter)

When I have files saved on C: the tool works fine, but my C drive is a small M.2 used for programs only and all my media sits on other drives (mostly E and G). While the context menu shows up in Explorer, running it on image files in other drives doesn't do anything.

Any chance you can tidy this up so that it will work on images in any drive letter?
