Thoughts On Migrating Map Tiles To Vector For (Near) Real Time Maps.

Why?

If we put the Art points into OpenStreetMap, it would allow for anyone to add Art points via OSM

How?

• Vector Tiles!
  • Maybe With OpenLayers3
  • Maybe With Mapnik
  • Maybe With Mapzen Exmaple
• We can take advantage of the Mapzen Metro Extract for regular updates of the region...

What Else What Else What Else

Regarding this, could we make some use of this repo to use existing Leaflet.js functionality?

Also, props for mentioning Mapzen, I didn't know they released so much GPL'ed software!
