Document the release process #358
Description
In order to allow any member to do it.
Incomplete list:
- run coverity and fix issues if there are
- run GitReleaseNotes (seems dead, maybe try this one) to generate release notes and edit them if necessary
- once all code is good tag the source, this will release:
- Pretzel.zip and Pretzel.ScriptCs.zip on GitHub
- Pretzel.nupkg and Pretzel.ScriptCs.nupkg on Chocolatey
- Pretzel.Logic.nupkg and Pretzel.Logic.symbols.nupkg on Nuget
