"Get in touch" form validation is not working properly

Describe the bug
"Get in touch" form validation is not working properly. It redirect to "405 Not Allowed"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://codechef-ciem.github.io/'
2. Scroll down to "Get in touch"

Expected behavior
It should show a proper error message
