Robovac list empty

Hi!

I just installed the integration and managed to log in, but the list of Robots is empty.
I tried the 1.2.11 version as well as the 1.3.0_dps version

I know that the X8 is not officially supported yet, but I don't think that's the problem (the other issues mentioning it get it in the list, but without function).

My assumption currently is, that there is a problem with the region settings.
I added some logs to the integration and the login call yields 'country': 'US' and 'registered_region': 'US', but both country and registered region should be EU (or IE).

The call to get_device_info then yields 'items': [], which is somehow expected as data is not transparent between regions.

Is there a separate API endpoint for non-US Eufy API? Or is there a way to tell get_device_info to use a specific region?

I think I found the issue.

Eufy combined the security and clean app, and the API is not compatible.
I have my robot registered in the Eufy Security app, and this means the integration would need to call the security API instead of the Eufy Clean API.

Same here, empty robot list after logging in with my Eurfy credentials. If there is any way I can help to debug, please let me know. X10 Pro Omni model vacuum here.

Did you register your Robovac in the "Eufy Security" (Nowadays just called "Eufy"), or in the "Eufy Clean" app?

I registered in the Eufy Clean app as this was the app the manual stated I should download. I thought Eufy security was for the cams only and didn't purchase any of those because of the many problems people had integrating with HA.

Same issue with the X10. I can login successfully but nothing shows up at all (completed troubleshooting steps). I have all Eufy apps (clean, security, & life). Unsure what it's "registered" with or how I could tell - willing to double check with some guidance there.

"registered" as in: in which of the eufy apps did you set up your robot, and in which does it show up?

I set it up in the Security app, and it only shows up there (It's not visible in the Clean app), and I assume that's the problem.

I believe I originally set it up in the Clean app. I know at some point I reset it and started in the all-in-one app that they have now. However, it does show up in both of my apps (and I can control it from both)

I do see my vacuum's name but can't get it to work. It says "Not available" all the time. Whichever card I put on my dashboard, I don't see controls. I've got the Eufy L60 Hybrid.
As I also have an Eufy Doorbellcamera, I need to have the Eufy Security app also.

I can see my E30 Edge in both apps and control it. Both apps have same username. The integration finds my vacuum but constantly says unavailable.

Same issue, with an X10 Pro Omni, installed plugin via HACS, logged in using credentials, no vacuum shown. The logs have this interesting line

DEBUG (SyncWorker_6) [custom_components.robovac.config_flow] Skipping vacuum AMPxx[obfucsated]xx: found on Eufy but not on Tuya. Eufy details:

it then goes on to list a load of data about my actual vacuum, it's name, the SSID etc, so it really is finding something, but it's not presented to HA so I cant click it and provide the IP address.

I control the vac using the Eufy Clean app, but have also used previously the app just called Eufy
