File Viewer: Sort directories first and files later.

Listing the file structure in a folder-first and files-afterwards fashion will enhance the UX in my opinion; at least for the root directory.
To implement this, a sorting tree is to be implemented before rendering.

Target: File Viewer web server page or ListFiles utility function.
