Checkbox Group does not display as intended in the "Preview" tab of the web app editor #186
Description
In the form editor I selected a 'checkbox group' and add three options (PA Senior Food Box, PACE/NET, None of the Above). It let's me multi-select, but doesn't appear as checks. I selected the first two options, but it only highlights one option at a time. See screenshot below
