Create a test user account

This user account should have an example screener that exercises all features of the app so far.

Initial use: For Sara and Harry to use as a reference when creating new screeners/testing the app/ demonstrations.

Extra credit: make this example screener a database seed that could be used by developers and/or added to each new user account as an example. (and could be used by frontend testing as well!)
