Can't seem to convert some images

Okay so I had uploaded some images in the \wp-content\uploads folder using ftp and then I added them into media library(database) using another media library plugin(https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-from-ftp/)
Now the problem is, the images have been added to the media library and I can easily find them there but when I click on the "generate .wep image" it gives me these errors.

I want the plugin to be able to convert all images regardless of if they are uploaded using wordpress media uploader

I was unaware anyone was actually using this plugin. I'm guessing the image sizes aren't generated for images manually uploaded via FTP because there is no image ID to reference when grabbing the image URLs.

I can take a look in the coming days and see what might need to be done for that to happen.
