Bug description

When renaming an app in the app list, the name changes, but the name of the shortcut of the same app on the home screen stays the same.

Suggestion:
apply the new name also to the home screen by default and offer the possibility in the settings of renaming it separately.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Create a shortcut on the home screen for the app
  2. open app list
  3. rename the app whose shortcut you've created on the home screen prior
  4. open home screen
  5. app name stays default, unchanged

Expected behavior

When renaming an app in the app list, the new name should also apply to the home screen, if there's a shortcut.
