Make paper resolution explicit #39
Description
add an icon next to each paper entry in seach results showing, if eventually excepted or not, e.g. in https://ratsinfo.leipzig.de/bi/vo020.asp?VOLFDNR=1008971 follow the link "Beschlüsse" and extract thr part "Abstimmungsergebnis:" with "ja", "nein", "Enthaltungen"
