More menu templates hover effects

Right now we have only 4 menu hovering effects, we can look into adding more of them based on the most used patterns

It would be nice to have hover transitions/animations being optional as they often are no fit for more serious/dry brands and/or immediate state change is required.

Yes please!! Includinf the option to remove the animations, like as using this CSS code:
