Columns overlapping in Section Block

Description

When using the section block, if you add the heading template, the columns start overlapping in the case of a page, or columns disappear in the case of a post. Is there a way to prevent columns from overlapping or disappearing when using the section block with the heading template on non-FSE themes? I've tested with multiple themes, but this behaviour is not visible with FSE themes.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. With Otter blocks installed add a section on a post/page
2. Add something in the first section, it doesn't matter if it's an image, paragraph, etc.
3. Search for Heading and add the simple Heading option (the one that has only text)

It is an issue with Neve theme's styles and it happens even if you only use Core blocks. As long as heading is set to Align Wide, this happens.
