Custom palette colors don't work

Description

A user reported that he wanted to use a custom palette color for the link hover and it wasn't working in frontend (https://vertis.d.pr/v/dIUuXq). I checked and the custom palette colors work until the editor is saved https://vertis.d.pr/v/9GfLqk

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add new custom colors in the palette
2. Use them for Text/Background/etc as you see in the video
3. Check if it works in frontend
