Compiling help: [Can't normally build engine, only 3 files exported / cmd didn't write anything]

Writing lime test windows to the cmd, it doesn't say anything, I ran update.bat already, and it exporting me 3 folders and 1 file inside the manifest folder, named "assets"

Have you installed the Visual Studio Community Build Tools? They are required for compiling the engine. You can find the downloads for them here, under "Tools for Visual Studio."

Note that if compilation does not work with the Visual Studio 2026 Build Tools, you may need to install the Build Tools for VS 2024/2022 instead. They are found under "Older Downloads." However, those require a Visual Studio Subscription.
