"open in editor" feature for workbench mode

Hey yall. I'm working on getting search working in workbench mode. It's going great but the "open in editor" feature where the search UI shows as a tab in the editor does open a tab, and does show a search UI, but doesn't see to show any results.

other then importing and applying this code:

import getSearchServiceOverride from '@codingame/monaco-vscode-search-service-override';

Is anything else neede to make the "open in editor" feature work? I see it working in the demo app but couldn't find any special code to make it work.

I would say you need at least the search-result default extension (install and import @codingame/monaco-vscode-search-result-default-extension
