I want to use this library to implement an SQL language debugging client, but I am frustrated by the limited resources available for reference and the lack of relevant documentation on how to use the library API. What should I do?

Implementing such client will consist of creating a VSCode extension. Refer to the VSCode documentation to do so, then please ask specific questions if you fail integrating it with monaco-vscode-api

All the documentation available is either in the README or in the wiki

Also please feel free to suggest improvements to the documentation to add what you think is missing
