PS: In the meanwhile I guess we can have an alias for @tabler/icons-svelte/dist/svelte/icons as $tabler maybe?

So we can have:

import IconBrandYoutube from "$tabler/IconBrandYoutube.svelte";

At the same time we would need to "undo" all this, once a fix is found (if ever)
