Animation Improvements

I'm thinking of the following for the animations to simplify to start:

• A curated list of options for each "state"
• A random animation is picked but it is looped for the entire time of that "state" (I'm open to them changing but right now the randomness is distracting, perhaps as a future enhancement we could change at key moments. We could also write descriptions of the animations and match them based on an embeddings search just like we do with the transcript content.)

I wonder if we might also apply other CSS filters to the animations, maybe tinting (red color to be more "evil") to create more variety / dyanmism.
