Allow changing bot user's avatar/banner/bio per-server

I think that, in line with set bot commands, we should support the per-server avatar/banner/bio editing which is now exposed in d.py 2.7:

Honestly the whole setting of names and what not should probably get a rework anyhow at this point, we're still on nicknames while Discord calls them display names. So this may be some good time to rework on how we do that.
