Recommended Parts List?

First - thank you so much for this up-to-date version of this project! I'm planning on building 8 of these for my cosplay group and had a few questions:

1. Do you have a complete manifest of the parts (powerboost, lipo, screen, amp, microphone, rotary encooder etc.) that you used? I'm more worried about making sure I get the correct rotary encodor and amp setup...
2. Which Raspberry Pi model(s) will this work on? Given the space in the prints (and cost!) I was hoping to drive all of this with a Pi Zero 2 if at all feasible...
