Force to take the Update? No downgrade Installment allowed anymore?

Downgrading to another version is completely broken now. Is there any way to bypass the security configuration? It doesn't work as expected, even when set to the lowest level it still forces an update. Is this intentional, to force an update after a downgrade? It doesn’t make any sense to me.

Any ideas? Or do I need to uninstall this node once and for all to get the behavior I want?

edit: I installed a freshly Comfy UI version not the new one I installed a different version and got this message only updates are are available nothing else....
