Custom Node Testing

• I have tried disabling custom nodes and the issue persists (see how to disable custom nodes if you need help)

Expected Behavior

I just updated ComfyUI to build 4609fcd. The GUI won't start due to a model_path error.
If I disable custom_nodes, the interface loads.
How can I find out which node is causing the error?

Actual Behavior

I launched ComfyUI, the interface opens, but it just keeps loading and doesn't appear. If I disable all nodes, it works.

Could you try running ComfyUI with --disable-all-custom-nodes argument and see if ComfyUI boots up properly? This will confirm if a custom node is the culprit.

I missed the part of your message that said you tried removing all custom nodes and it fixed it, thank you!! If its not too annoying, could you try to do a binary search (disable half of the custom nodes, then the other, then the half that failed, etc) to find the custom node? I know it's asking a lot, but it will help a ton! I will start doing the same on my machine by installing the custom nodes you have in that list.

Created a branch to hunt down hacky nodes: https://github.com/Comfy-Org/ComfyUI/tree/hack-hunter

You can switch to it by doing git checkout hack-hunter.

You can then later switch back to master by doing git checkout master.

When booting ComfyUI, it will print a warning about the first nodepack it found that caused folder_paths to no longer be stored as expected. Once you find one, please post the result here, then disable it and reboot ComfyUI to see if there is another that will pop up! This would be greatly appreciated.

@Kosinkadink I switched to the hack-hunter branch and I can see your post about model paths, but I don't see any faulty nodes. I've attached the log below, and although there are node errors at the end of the log, I think they may be due to something else. The UI now works with this branch.
