Changes are not saved in workflow if node title is the only thing that was changed

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest version of ComfyUI
• I have searched existing issues to make sure this isn't a duplicate
• I have tested with all custom nodes disabled (see how)

What happened?

If you rename node and nothing else, after workflow save it won't be saved

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ctrl+S
2. Change node title
3. Ctrl+S
4. Reopen the workflow
5. Title is old

Actually the marker inside the tab appears and disappears, but it's only visually, the actual saving doesn't happen

This happens because editing the node title updates the property in memory, but doesn't trigger the change tracker or the save logic. The marker in the tab UI is tied to the workflow's isModified flag, which only updates when the change tracker detects a difference in the serialized workflow graph. Since title changes don't trigger the tracker, the marker can flash or disappear based on unrelated UI events, but the save operation won't persist the new title unless another change (like moving a node or editing a parameter) forces the tracker to run and mark the workflow as modified. This is a known disconnect in the frontend code (source), and the only reliable workaround for now is to make an additional change before saving.
