Looks really cool! 2 Questions:

1. Are there significant changes on how we have to write prompts?
2. Do existing LoRA models trained on FLUX.1[dev] and other models like PuLID still work with this fine tune?

I am using it with multiple Celebrity and Style Loras at this very moment.

Yes, very consistent. Some style Loras are hit and miss, but that's the case with mixing and matching Checkpoints anyway.

Yes, existing LoRAs trained against Flux Dev absolutely do work. Mileage always varies with LoRAs, but they do work and can make Krea better.

The sampler requirement for Krea to look not like base Flux means performance with style loras will vary greatly.

Anyone saying blanket "yes" or "no" to existing lora for Flux working with Krea are being disingenuous or simply haven't tried enough. Because it's less than 50% on my end. Some are complete trash and others might almost negate the "Krea"-ness of the result, making it pointless to even use Krea and not base flux or some other checkpoint with a style lora.

Every character lora I've tried so far...about 15 or so, have all worked fantastic. And I've liked the look better than base Flux. But I do feel limited on what other lora I can add without wrecking everything Krea gives, or they produce ugly, deformed results...on top of Krea's problem with hands sometimes.

Ich habe den Workflow ausprobiert. Ich nutze eine RTX 4090 mit 24 GB VRAM und 64 GB RAM und bekomme bei default ein OutOfMemoryError. Wer andere Programme im Hintergrund laufen hat sollte default nicht nutzen.

Works Great with 5090, On resolutions over 3000 on 3000 result is not good.

Not feeling it so far. I don't see Krea adding much. Just use LoRAs. Also don't see it hurting too much either though. I guess Krea makes sense if you can't or don't want to use LoRAs.

If you try to use it like Flux.d I can't see why you'd say that.

But you're going to have to do a lot of work with skin lora to try and un-flux a base model render with Instagram filter. In another comment thread I saw the same thing said from a fellow who makes style loras, analog camera styles, etc. And when I looked at his output, his basis for comparison, it was plastic Flux skin under an Instagram filter. Full stop.

Because I spend a lot of time making photo realistic images with Flux and training LoRAs from film photography. I don't have issues with plastic/airbrush skin or hair. Krea solves a lot of the plastic face, but misses on hair and can often be overly warm without compensating. I continue to use my LoRAs with Krea and it makes it better. So I'm good with it, but I just thought it was going to be something different is all.

Heh, I guess I'll have to take your word on that.

If you've been working with actual film photography, and you're even at all aware of how these results are made, film stocks, and shooting the kind of photography these authors are clearly going for, the "warmth" comments are still funny to me. Because only the most ideal of controlled studio lighting environments produces neutral results. And that's boring, and, like I said, operator error with this whole thing.

The "overly warm" comments are precious. Every lora I've seen to "counter" this makes images that look like the world is nothing but overcast or shot on a video camera with auto white balance.
