IS_CHANGED is passed the same arguments as the main function defined by FUNCTION
This doesn't seem to be true. You get the same "name", but their values aren't the same. If you have an input that is normally a widget and somebody connects it to other node you get None.

Is this the intended behavior? If yes please document it.
If not (and I hope this is a bug) please fix it!!

Note that VALIDATE_INPUTS will only receive inputs that are defined as constants within the workflow. Any inputs that are received from other nodes will not be available in VALIDATE_INPUTS.
