I have paid $20 for the monthly service. I have been blocked from using the service for OPEN SOURCE MODELS for the last week. I have contacted support numerous times. I've been ignored. I want either a refund or for you to prorate the days you stole from me. I have a paid subscription until December 27th, and this stopped working on the 16th. That's 11 days you are stealing from me. Refund me, or give me the service I paid for. This isn't just happening to me. This service sucks. I'm moving onto runpod where I have more control, custom nodes and none of this bs.
