CFLutron.dll trouble #1

Hi, I downloaded, the CFLutron files and copy to my commandfussion plugins directory, I can see the lutron radiora2 option in my giu designer, I select the csv file obtained from the lutron radiora2 essentials, select the system that I want to copy the commands I klick in the apply buton but dont doit, the sistem remains without commands, and I can see the fields of "Zones Devices Commands and Feedback" always stay in blank, can you help me to find what is wrong, thanks for your support
