  -DSYSCLK_FREQ_48MHz_HSE=48000000

or

  -DSYSCLK_FREQ_48MHz_HSI=48000000

to the build_flags of your platformio.ini so that the chip gets up to the full speed? Does it work then?

I added -DSYSCLK_FREQ_48MHz_HSI=48000000 in the build_flags ini file as you said, but it seems to only work below 3.3V. At 5V, it still does not work properly and shows a white LED light.
