dotnet 10 Support Thread

Hey folks,

I wanted to give you all a progress report on dotnet 10 support.

1. dotnet 10 support is checked in and builds.
2. EF Core 10 support is awaiting a release by the Pomelo EF Core driver for MySQL (I'm watching their releases)
3. There is a regression in OData v8.4.3 - stringValue IN ('A','B') is no longer supported by the library. In the LINQ world this means stringArray.Contains(stringValue) will no longer work.

I'm going to see what I need to do for 3 above. It may come back, but right now all the tests for the contains functionality is skipped.

Once we get a Pomelo EF Core driver update, I'll do a pre-release. I'm also going to see about adding the MySql.EntityFrameworkCore driver instead (which is the Oracle-produced driver).
