Describe the bug

Hi, the NuGet packages CommunityToolkit.Labs.WinUI.Controls.Ribbon doesn't exist for me.
I use the https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/dotnet/CommunityToolkit/_packaging/CommunityToolkit-Labs/nuget/v3/index.json package source.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Visual Studio
2. Click Project > Manage NuGet packages
3. Select the https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/dotnet/CommunityToolkit/_packaging/CommunityToolkit-Labs/nuget/v3/index.json package source
4. Type "Ribbon" in the search menu.
5. Package is not found

Expected behavior

The expected behavior is to show the Ribbon package.
