MVVM-Samples - Download ZIP - does not include Docs/images etc

In Github, on the MVVM-Samples page, when clicking Code -> Download ZIP, the msdocs-communitytoolkit is empty so the build fails for the Sample Project..

I deleted the "Assets" folder from the MvvmSampleMAUI project and it compiled. But something isn't working correctly. The app launches, but when I interact with the menu options, the app closes. At least it compiled.
