App Crashing on startup after updating CommunityToolkit from version 10.0 to 11.0

I had everything updated to the very latest except CommunityToolkit.Maui and all compiles and runs perfectly fine. I updated to the new 11.0 version and the application compiles but will not run. On the MauiProgram.CreateMauiApp() line it blows up with a exception of {"The type initializer for '' threw an exception."} and Inner exception of Could not load file or assembly 'WinRT.Runtime, Version=2.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=99ea127f02d97709'. The system cannot find the file specified.

I can roll back to CommunityToolkit.Maui 10.0 and all is fine again... Has anyone else seen this issue?

If you're referencing WindowsSdkPackageVersion in your CSPROJ, remove it.
